Client Care Department
“Client care? What is client care? Aren’t you an animal hospital?”
While we are an animal care facility whose primary purpose is to extend and enhance the life of your pet, we feel that you are just as important!
As the face and voice of our hospital, our client care department provides excellent and compassionate service to you, our clients. From the moment you arrive with your pet, a client care technician is here to provide a warm and welcoming experience. They are also trained to identify and respond quickly to ensure that any animals in distress have access to immediate care. At the end of your pet’s appointment, a client care technician reviews all charges, any notes from the doctor, and educates you regarding any medications to be given at home. Every one of our client care technicians are knowledgeable and effective communicators, serving as your primary link to our hospital.
Our client care technicians undergo comprehensive wellness care training to provide you with necessary guidance and relevant information. This will help build a foundation of health and well being that will last during your pet’s entire lifetime.
Our client care technicians are always available before, during, and after your pet’s appointment to answer any questions that you may have.

Karyn Savage
Receptionist
Hello. Welcome to the Stockton Hill Animal Hospital Website. My name is Karyn Savage and I have been a receptionist at S.H.A.H. since January, 2007. My husband Michael and I have four grown sons, thirteen grandchildren, and four great-granchildren. We also have two cats, Willie and Alice. I enjoy quilting, camping, fishing and spending time with my husband and family.
Working at S.H.A.H. has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in my life. The dedication and compasion of not only Dr. Andrews but the entire staff is what sets us apart from the other hospitals. We are always here to help you and the pets you love. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon!

Sally Bradley
Receptionist
Hi, I’m Sally Bradley, I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and have lived in South Carolina, Seattle, and now the Southwest, so you can say I’ve lived in the four corners of the US. After my career in the communications industry, I decided to further my education, and completed my studies in Mohave Community College’s Medical Assisting Program.
The opportunity to transition into the veterinary industry was a good fit as a lot of the same conditions exist with both humans and animals. Working around your pets puts a smile on my face, they are all so unique and special. I live with my husband, Gar, and our kitten Eva. She provides us so much entertainment. I enjoy travel, movies, but my passion is quilting. It is an outlet for my creativity.
