Welcome! I am Dr. Kristen Andrews, the primary veterinarian and owner of Stockton Hill Animal Hospital. I am originally from Iowa but moved to Kingman after graduating from the College of Veterinarian Medicine at Iowa State University in 1995. Some may know me as Dr. Nelson- I married March of 2010 and so am now Dr. Andrews!

I share my home with my husband Art, my pug ‘Chubbs’, and my cockatiel ‘JB’. In my free time I enjoy working out, snowboarding, hiking and just enjoying the beautiful Arizona outdoors! My husband and I are huge fans of Star Wars and have quite a collection of props and costumes from the movie as well as other movies. Like many others, I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was little. Unfortunately, I had a weak stomach and had decided that I simply could not do it. However, I had such a strong desire to spend my life helping animals that I forced myself to overcome my fears and pursue a career in veterinary medicine. It was one of the best decisions I ever made and I have greatly enjoyed this profession for the past 16 years. I look forward to another 16 years taking care of pets and their owners at Stockton Hill Animal Hospital.

Hello and thank you for coming by and visiting us today! My name is Kyndel Wood and I am the Customer Service Manager at Stockton Hill Animal Hospital.

I have always loved animals and couldn’t have more happy because in March of 2010 I was given the opportunity to become a receptionist. I have since moved to Flagstaff but I loved being part of a caring team so much that I remained with them and commute weekly.

I share my life with my wonderful pets and understand how strong that bond is when you allow a furry little friend to enter your heart.

I enjoy meeting all the pets and the people that they love so much and I am looking forward to seeing you and your best friend.
